Friendly staff on the telephone and on reception, waiting time was none, just booked in and sat down and was called in straight away .. dentist was friendly but professional at the same time . It doesn’t make any wonder there is a 4/5 year waiting list .

I had to wait 20 mins, but when I was seen the dentist gave a good deep clean & explained a lot of what was going on with my older teeth.

The receptionist was very helpful and obliging, in my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me. The dentist ladies were also lovely and put me at ease

Very friendly dentist. Relaxed. Engaging. Very gentle too. Only went in for emergency appt on Weds night… seen first thing Thursday morning. Very pleased.

The dental treatment and the practitioner and nurse were very good. But yet again had to wait over 15 mins to be seen.

I made this emergency appointment due to recently experiencing pain with a tooth abscess and my upcoming yearly check up appointment being cancelled, with no alternative date offered. The surgery was totally empty of patients but the dentist told me she would only look at the tooth that I thought had caused the problem and no other. After less than a 1 minute look at the tooth and gum I was told it appeared ok now. For this I was charged £25.80 and no check up appointment date offered.
