I am very nervous of dental treatment since I was very young, the dental nurses put me at ease, I had a tooth removed which was pain free and I felt very calm throughout

Waited 4 weeks for a filling after my original appointment was cancelled at the last minute only to be then told i can only have a temporary filling as its an emergency appointment, its clearly not as ive waited 4 weeks Surgery used to be brilliant but as gone massively downhill in the last 12 months

The care l received was 100% l suffer from dental anxiety l was having a new procedure to me and was very nervous . I was helped to get through this with the help of caring staff. Thank you everyone involved

All round service, my wait was a little longer than I’d hoped but I didn’t mind really, other than that all staff really pleasant and helpful

Calm atmosphere in waiting room, not overfull with patients. Room for everyone to sit. Dentist appointments mostly keeping to time
