Needed an emergency appointment because of broken tooth, got one within 24 working hours. My tooth was sorted, no problems, excellent job.

Unfortunately typical of the NHS of late, good people trying to do their best for the patients in spite of the yoke of tyranny they are compelled to work under. The insane mandate for them all to wear totally useless face masks in an attempt i assume to crush their spirits and make their working environment as hostile and soulless as possible ? And the final insult when i paid for a simply check up in cash the receptionist couldn't find enough money in the practice to give me my change, she had to go to the shop next door and change a £20 note.

Friendly, supportive and helpful staff who gave extra care an attention to settle my three year old boy and autistic son. After being very nervous about their visit. They both left saying how much they liked the dentist and were looking forward to their next appointment. Thank you.

I was extremely nervous and was supported and guided throughout my treatment. I am so grateful for how I was comforted throughout the whole process. The aftercare and advice straight after and as I waited in the reception was very good too. Thankyou.

Every time i have an appointment the dentist is late. If i was late i'm sure there would be a penalty, or they would refuse to see me. I find it quite rude and there is never an apology.

Hygienist was good but it is clearly a money making exercise to require a dentist check at every hygienist appointment Dentist wants 6 month checks but hygienist 3 so I have to see both in 3 months. There are people who can’t get in with NHS dentists who need that appointment

The attitudes of the staff that work here made it an unpleasant experience and was mostly about money and not about concern for my teeth.
