They have still been able to see me for an emergency, even though the computer system isn’t working and the telephones et cetera which is out of their control top service thanks

Although I find the experience of sorting an appointment out stressful, once I got there, every one was nice, especially the dentist who treated me.

The dentist and nurse (apologies as I have forgotten their names!) were fab, treatment was excellent and very professional.

Very comfortable with treatment (root canal) , which was well-explained as things went along. I liked being shown the before and after X-rays and explanation of treatment. Less happy about the lack of scale and polish which I have had at end of previous treatments over many years. £91 hygienist appointment is very disappointing.

The dentist checked everything in a meticulous manner and explained what she was checking for and what she found. She worked in a confident but unhurried manner that I found reassuring. I thought she had a very professional yet friendly manner. Reception staff were also very helpful.

The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything he was going to do and why. He was thorough and I felt relaxed all the time. His assistant was very professional and friendly which helped me feel relaxed.

Very nice people, but it would be nice if they introduced themselves and said their names, ive been twice and ive not been told the name of the nurse or dentist,
