Arrived a little early and was seen before my appointment time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The check up was thorough and the dentist explained what treatment was needed at a later date. Very satisfied

Everything was explained, questions were answered in a reassuring way (and I had lots of them) Friendly and smiley members of the team. Makes what is always an anxious experience for me much more relaxing.

Such a lovely, kind atmosphere with a professional approach. It’s always a nerve wracking visit but I no longer feel nervous about visiting!

The dentist and the dental nurse were great! Very nice and patient with the children answering questions and giving us all helpful advice on our teeth.

Everything was explained as my treatment was done, which I find calming. Everybody was very friendly and chatty which makes the visit go more relaxed. A bit of light hearted banter eases the way.

Dentist super friendly, also very thorough, and she answered my questions when I asked anything about the ‘coding’ she was giving to the assistant (nurse?). I asked if she’d be willing to also remove the bits of plaque I was aware of at the bottom front, as just a few days ago my hygienist appointment in two weeks time was cancelled, and the earliest appointment I could be offered was December. Dentist kindly did that for me - my ‘gap’ feels much better now and the rough stuff from behind, on the gum line is gone. I very much appreciate that ‘extra’ attention. Thank you so much. As ever, the reception staff very friendly and very helpful. Was also trying to sort next appointments for my grandsons, too, and receptionist (sorry, forgotten her name, dark hair, smiley face) was so patient and sorted it for me. Been with this practice for 40+ years now - and never felt dread about going to dentist, and even look forward to hygienist appointments.
