I was on time seeing my dentist and he explained everything he was going to do so I have nothing but praise for my treatment.

I was very pleased that I was not kept waiting and was thus seen on time. The experience was as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. I was sympathetically and pleasantly dealt with and the outcome of repairing a broken tooth appears to be fine.

Reception staff friendly and on top of their job. Dentist and assistant professional and friendly. All in all an enjoyable experience which is all due to the staff.

The dentists and support staff are great. However the waiting time for appointments is appalling and should be addressed. Patients shouldn't be forced into private care just because the dental industry isn't providing enough cover for NHS patients in favour of going to private dental care. Hall and Smyth didn't used to have such long wait times, so whatever has changed needs addressing.

From arriving at the Reception Desk to being seen very efficiently by the Dentist and back to the Reception Desk to make my next appointment I could not have been treated better. All the staff were pleasant and very efficient. I look forward to my next appointment!!!!!!!!!!!
