Cannot fault the dental services, but getting to that point is near on impossible. Cancel your appointment via email, and tell you to ring them yourself. Then when you do ring you cannot get through. Trying to call them this week to rearrange an appointment and the phone just cuts off. The customer service and communication from this dentist needs to be improved massively.

I have been here for many years as an NHS patient. I’ve been seeing my current dentist for the past year or so, and he’s fantastic. Really professional but also has a great sense of humour, which really puts my anxieties at ease. Had a filling yesterday and needed a bit of it re-polishing afterwards, and the receptionist got me in the next day to get it sorted out. The dentist was swift and got it done in a minute. Very pleased with the level of care from this practice. It was a different story in the pandemic when appointments were hard to get, but it has improved in the last few years and although it’s oversubscribed and I expect it can be tiring for the staff, when you do get an appointment, it’s a great place to receive your dental care.

I called in early to confirm my appointment. I was invited to have my treatment then as there was a gap. The dentist and dental nurse were extremely efficient and caring. I felt informed at all times.

Appalling customer service. Constant appointment cancellations. Unprofessional. Rude. A shame because it used to be a good dentist.

The receptionist very rude,shouting on customes,argued with customers. There are no dentist working there,only twice a week and all appointments always cancelled. Impossible to get a emergency appointment.
