On my visit today I was greeted by very polite staff on reception and in the treatment room I was totally reassured and treated to a very high standard 100%

Have attended this practice for many years and would describe myself as a nervous patient. I am always made to feel very reassured by my dentist who is lovely. The reception team are always very helpful, welcoming and efficient. Having a check up yesterday my appointment was on time and felt that my dentist made plenty of time for me, explained everything very clearly.

Went in for a filling and was feeling a little apprehensive and nervous about it but the dentist and their assistant were fabulous and very understanding. They went through the options with me and explained what they would be doing. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured, was very impressed with them both, thank you very much

Excellent booking process and communications before my visit. Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Went in to see my dentist on time who as ever was friendly, professional and offered advice. Booked my next appointment before I left, and received email confirmation.

Despite only needing a check-up, I received an appointment really quickly, receptionist so very friendly & helpful. The dentist was very welcoming, reassuring, gave easy to understand advice & guidance & gave gentle, thorough treatment. Making a further appointment was quick & easy with a lovely receptionist who, once aware of my working commitments, found a date & time to fit my requirements. Fir anyone who has an aversion to dental treatment, I highly recommend this practice.

Very high quality care received this week from the dental surgeon I have seen for 18 years and who took time to explain various treatment options and likely outcomes. Kind and courteous staff. I highly recommend this practice.

The dentist was everything I hoped for. Gentle, thorough and methodical. His kind manner was very encouraging Reception staff are efficient and in this instance, very accommodating
