Required an emergency appointment for a problem. From the reception staff through to the dentist / dental nurse was competent, professional and a complete pleasure. They offered a same day appointment and my issue was treated and the care was excellent! Many thanks to you all

Everything was explained to me beforehand about the treatment I was to have. Time and care is always given to me allying any nervousness or anxieties.

I have been attending Greytown since the practice was established and my family and I have always had excellent treatment. What is particularly good about the dentists is the way they try to involve you in the care of your teeth, giving you the opportunity to jointly make decisions about the best oral care you need. Always approachable and never scary!!

Really happy with this practice. Friendly staff at reception, very patient and polite. The dentist himself was lovely and explained everything in detail. He was also really good with my 2-year-old who sat on the chair and let the dentist examine his teeth. Definitely recommend this practice.

Have been with the dental practice for a number of years and the service received is always exceptional. Dentist is extremely good with children.

Excellent standards throughout the practice. Helpful admin who actually do help where issues arise. My particular Dentist replaced my favourite ever dentist (I’m 54!) about 6 years ago, and he is now my favourite ever dentist. Modern dentistry is an art form and he excels.

At the beginning of the year, we reached out to the team on behalf of our mother who had avoided the dentist due to a dental phobia for a number of decades, to help her with multiple issues. The team were incredible from start to finish, and made my mum, who was anxious and frightened initially, feel so comfortable. The care and patience she received from her dentist was second to none, and meant that she was able to go on and receive the treatment she needed, and tackle any initial worries that were there. She had to be referred to a different clinic (who were also amazing) to undergo the required treatment, but was able to go there confident and with all of the information that the team at Greytown had given her and move forward. She has had a total transformation and can't stop smiling thanks to the wonderful team that helped make this happen. Thank you so much for quite literally changing my mother's life.

Second effort to write a review the 1st one has been rejected. I have booked an emergency appointment as no dentist in my area is accepting NHS customers. I thought that after that they will register me. I was in severe pain. I was explained my options, prescribed antibiotics and asked to come back as a private customer again to pay £200.. The reception ladies did not even bother to reply to my email.
