Very quick and polite. Explained everything before treating. Rebooked for next lot of treatment before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using this practice for years and although there have been a number of new personnel, its still a very professional, calm practice.

Went for a check up today, got there 5 minutes early. Got called in almost straight away. had the check up done, and a quick chat about my teeth. Dentist and assistant are very professional, and friendly. in fact the receptionist are too. Paid my bill and booked the next appointment and was leaving within 15 minutes after arriving. Brilliant can't fault them.

Been with grey town for a long time never had any issues, Always very welcoming and friendly all the dentists to be very good and go out there way for kids that are always a lover of the chair but definitely recommend them👌

The Greytown dental staff are professional, knowledgeable & friendly. The treatment process is smooth, communication is good via email & in person & my visits are always positive. Thank you all. Happy to be a NHS client.

Allocated dentist is bery patient with a nervous patient, always talks through the treatment plan and what is required.

Very careing and respectful of my needs and wishes about my teeth and oral health. The waiting time in reception was very short and receptionist was polite

I have been a patient at the dentist for many years. Throughout, their service has been first class. They are friendly and helpful. I can only state a big thank you for looking after me.

The waiting area was very stark with nothing to distract you while you wait. Not sure if they were in the middle of decorating. Once in the dentist chair all went well quick check and all was fine. As my dental hygiene was so good I didn’t need scale and polish - shame. A quick and painless visit.

I needed an emergency appointment and the treatment I received was Very good.I couldn't see my own dentist but who I did see was excellent. He talked more through his findings and treatment needed, even showed me the x-ray. He was very polite and when I needed to stop for the discomfort, he was understanding.
