The entire experience of my visit was pleasant, was booked In quickly with an emergency appointment, and was seen to within 10 mins of my appointment time which was a relief due to the immense pain I was feeling. Staff were amazing! A big shout out all the receptionists. Who all made my visit pleasant. The treatment was quick efficient and painless with me receiving a root canal then and there. The process was very smooth with no hiccups. The dentist and the nurse (whose names I didn’t catch) made sure I was comfortable and ok the entire time.

Friendly receptionist apologised for the wait. Dentist friendly reassuring made me feel relaxed before he looked at my teeth Will definitely be back x

I got charged for an infection following an extraction . This seems unjust and unfair as I paid for the extraction . That steep amount should have covered the infection treatment .

From the time of making the appointment to the actual appointment was exceptional. The dentist made me feel at ease and was very good. The receptionists were also courteous and professional

This time my experience was excellent. The Sr took his time and checked with me ever since time before conducting the work in my mouth. He was very gentile and I haven’t felt any pain. He reposted the confidence in my smiling.

An emergency appointment with Greenwich Dental Practice was booked via NHS 111. GDP contacted me directly to arrange a time and I was seen very quickly. I’m very pleased with the dentist for the information and advice she gave me.
