    had to change my original appointment due to family circumstances and this was accomplished efficiently and without drama. The advance communication allowing completion of health forms in advance is great. There was a delay in starting the appointment and reasons were not given, but the treatment was fine and pain free. Happy with the service given.

    I had an initial appointment three weeks before my appointment today so that the dentist could render an assessment and get X-Rays done. I was able to discuss, at length and without feeling rushed, my brushing habits and it was established that I had two cavities (ur7 & ll6) and thus, required two fillings. I was brushing too hard and too many times per day, potentially damaging the enamel but my gingival was healthy so I was asked if the cavities were causing me any discomfort (they were not) so my appointment was scheduled for today. I explained to both the dentist nurse that I was anxious, and they both reassured me that they would take it slow and were very patient. I was offered me breaks every few minutes and continuously walked me through the process. I received both fillings quickly and completely without pain. Both the dentist and nurses’ duty of care, overall conduct and professionalism were nothing short of exemplary. Because of this positive experience, I fully intend to engage with this dentist surgery with far greater continuity than I previously had, the positive experience even encouraging me to broaden my spectrum of knowledge when it comes to best practices. Thank you both for your patience and professional demeanour.
