The service was excellent, I fractured a molar, I was kindly given an urgent appointment in two days. I was treated by a dentist, my apologies I can’t remember her full name. She was fast, very skilled , caring and efficient . Some health care professional are naturally outstanding, the Practice and its patients are very lucky to have her. I hope I could offer this level of care to my patients.

The service is great within the dental practice however once we have filled out the forms online it should say our details and we can edit if anything changes as i have Tax Credit Exemption i have to keep getting my folder out to get the number from my certificate rather than dentist save it to my account as this can be abit time consuming and my mum struggles to find her paperwork as she is disabled if we could have more user friendly and saving our paperwork documents online.

I was on time for my appointment and a woman turned up after me and went in before me and I heard her say sorry she was late, surely this person should have been made to wait

Had to have a wisdom tooth extraction and don’t like the experience of attending the dentist. The dentist reassured me, was kind and gentle and overall made it ok.

The dentist and assistant were brilliant - they took time to explain exactly what was going on, answer questions and talk me through the x-rays and long-term prognosis.

Really kind and understanding dentist. She made me feel at ease because I was so anxious. She has also been brilliant with my child when shes visited. The receptionist team are really nice and never have issues sorting a new appointment or changing an qppointment at short notice.

Part of my tooth broke on Christmas Day and left me in discomfort unable to swallow or eat properly.Phoned up as soon as the surgery reopened after Christmas and a very helpful receptionist made me a booking for the same day.The dentist treated me with extreme care as I use oxygen and repaired my tooth.Very grateful and now I’m so happy again and can smile eat and talk again.
