    Treatment inspection and treatment very unprofessional, many things that the dentist should point out to you are overlooked and sometimes you have to point out to them yourself what should be treated, it seems that everything is done in the shortest possible time rather than the quality of the treatmentis not

    Myself and kids has been with this dentist for years, any time I book an appointment, they will send me a message a day before to remind of my appointment, and a few hours to the appointment time they will call and cancel the appointment. They don't show any remorse, as I always book a day off and they have been doing this for the past 1year. And when they want to rebook they will book you in 3 months to come. Disorganised, they are not bothered about their patients at all.

    Called them three times this week and left 2 voicemails with all my details. They haven't bothered calling me back. Emaioed their manager and still nothing. They're ignorant.

    Went for a routine checkup recently and it's always the same service. I book a specific time months in advance but I'm guaranteed not to be looked at until 10+ minutes after. I get no sort of apology for them clearly running late. After my checkup I paid and the Asian woman at the front desk didn't bother making eye contact with me, she slid the receipts over to me after I asked for them, I said "thank you" and didn't get any sort of response or acknowledgement. I then said "OK bye" and didn't get any response either. Is there any reason why some of your staff are so ignorant? A few minutes after I left I realised I hadn't booked a future checkup date but with the poor experience I just had, I honestly couldn't face going back in so I tried calling at 1:10pm, only to hear an automated message stating I was 3rd in the queue. After 20 minutes of being in the queue I gave up. I then tried calling at about 2:30 only hear to message stating the practice was closed. When I was sat in there, the two women behind the desk just sat there and listened to the phone ringing. It doesn't to much to just reach out and pickup a phone. I also overheard a customer coming in for an appointment only to be told the person that was meant to be looking at her teeth was on holiday so they would have to rearrange the appointment. At no point was the customer given an apology. Why does your practice think its ok for this sort of horrendous service, completely lacking in empathy. I personally have to book off a day of work just to visit your dental surgery because it isn't anywhere near my house or where I work. Do better.
