The dentist did not seem sure of what she was doing, i had told her before the exam that i had a new hole in one of my teeth. After she looked at my teeth I then had to actually point at where the hole was even though I had told her which tooth it was before hand. She also does not seem to be able to work the computer system as thw dental nurse had to help her. This also happened on a previous appointment I had with the same lady 6 months ago.

The dentist took a comprehensive history and examined me carefully. She clearly explained the treatment required. I received a temporary filling which has eased my symptoms.

Only had an examination but felt confident and relaxed in the friendly environment. I know 3 people who have joined this practice recently and all have said their dental treatment was excellent.

From the reception staff as I walked through the door to the dentist and his two dental nurses, my treatment and the quality of the work on my tooth was excellent! The dentist was so thorough and has done a top quality job.

Overall it is a lovely dentist, however we found that some of the receptionists can often be quite rude to patients when asking questions and spend a lot of time sat on their phones, listening to music and chatting, they are not very professional.

The fact the dentist and receptionist had not fact checked that two customers can have the same name - very different dates of birth and different addresses but thought it acceptable to leave early. An appointment that has been booked for 6 months and needed to be in a school holiday as I’m a teacher. Appealing service.
