Had a tooth break and booked and emergency appointment to get a temporary filling out in whilst I waited for the main sitting. Dentist was great as I have a little dentist fear, kept me at ease whilst filling was done - thank you

Helpful and efficient staff on reception desk dental staff chatty which enabled me to relax.krpt me i fitmed at all times.

I initially booked an appointment 5 months ago which was had already been rescheduled once by the dentist practice. I turned up at 8:30am to be told my appointment had been cancelled last minute without informing me my email (I’d received a reminder to attend by email a week before). I was then told I’d be seen anyway. After waiting for a further hour, I was then told I wouldn’t be seen at all. This was extremely frustrating as I’d travelled into town especially for this appointment. Neither the receptionist nor the dentist could or would tell me why my appointment had been cancelled and just smiled and shrugged. I spoke to other waiting patients who told me they’d had a similar experience - twice turning up for an appointment that was cancelled without their knowledge that morning. I will be finding another dentist.

Had appointments in Feb 23 to do 2 caps. Dentist couldn't do these as needed a root canal on both which is covered under NHS. Refilled a filling instead that keeps coming out. That lasted a week. Next appointment in the summer cancelled, finally got a check up in Jan 24 but no idea what is to happen re caps.

Very friendly practice and we have always received an excellent service. Parking is the only problem but that doesn't effect my teeth.
