Dentist was very thorough and made an effort to accommodate my hearing issues. Dental nurse very friendly and welcoming. Reception very efficient.

The reception and nursing staff are lovely. Sadly the dentist I saw on this occasion was very hard to understand and did not instill me with confidence. Chairside manner was poor.

In the past I have received good service from this practice. However in recent times the offering has become diabolical. Every appointment is cancelled and rescheduled, and of late they are not even offering re-booking after cancelling. My sons have been cancelled yet again for an appointment at the end of this week - they are not answering the phones at all, the answer machine does not work and the website is not taking bookings. I realise they are struggling for dentists, but I note that other reviewers who are booking emergency appointments at the last minute are getting seen the same day which is excuse the pun bit of a kick in the teeth!! Seems to me this practice are trying to dump off the NHS patients in favour of private payers

I saw a 'new' dentist today & as a nervous patient, I was horrified when she tried to force a piece of plastic into my mouth in order to take an x-ray! She had already told me that I had a small mouth, but continued to try to push the plastic in! I started to panic & she realised & stopped, telling the nurse that I'd refused an x-ray!

Got an immediate emergency appointment only 75 minutes after phoning to request it. Treatment was excellent, with everything explained very clearly. All staff were helpful and friendly. Altogether, faultless!

I found the dentist very strange and very rushed. I kept asking her a question but didn’t get a real answer. At times she was speaking to the assistant asking her advice and it wasn’t obvious to the assistant that she was Speaking to her. I had to repeat the question as I was unsure what was the answer !! I found the whole experience wry odd. The assistant stepped in and answered my questions. ? I’m hoping the guard helps with the pain.

My dentist is superb - reassuring, gentle and exceptionally caring. I have had some awful dental experiences and am forever grateful to have found this practice
