The welcome smile from reception staff, the quickness to see the dentist, the way he explained what was needed to be done. And again the quickness of the reception staff getting the new appointment sorted.

Fieldside is not accepting NHS patients, except to join a waiting list for an estimated two year wait before treatment. Don't bother - but they'll take you on as a private patient now!

Throughout my procedure the dentist explained everything clearly , I can honestly say I was made to feel very comfortable and was very pleased with my treatment

Very polite explaining treatment in simple terms apologetic for a problem with some dentures supplied by an outside source top marks on all points ?

My mouth doesnt produce salivia i informed the dentist.of my mouth continously dry and so tender and sore. So.when he put the clamp in my mouth for the xray i was gagging because it was hurting my skin in my mouth. He perservered with me and finally the xray was taken. Then i had a choice of having my wisdom tooth extracted or a temporary measure which could result in more pain in future. I opted 4 extraction 2 lessen the trauma. They was so patient with me i needed to keep having sips of water to keep my mouth wet. All in all very professional and worked with me and the result.

The dentist and nurse were very understanding about my nervousness, and gave me time to relax. Explained all my options, and gave clear and precise instructions regarding aftercare.
