Really nice dentist whi explained my options and would rather get the whole picture of the damage rather than working on my teeth when he didnt have a full.picture if treatment needed, would love to have him as adentist from this point on even though i hate dentists 100%

The dentist who actually took on board (what i had explained about my massive fears) and made the procedure almost pain free and comfortable enough for me to be able to continue with treatments Thankyou

I’m mentally unwell and going through a lot I was so scared and nervous but everyone was really nice and the dentist helped me more than I expected very good practice

From the minute you walk in both receptionists are always friendly welcoming and they always go out of their way to help me. I find it hard to communicate with people but I feel comfortable right away and there is no judgement from anybody. The waiting room is quiet and clean and the nurses are always very enthusiastic and happy and do a amazing job at assisting the dentist and making me feel comfortable as I can. I had a new dentist this inspection so I was worried but he was very lovely and he did cared about me and discussed all of my options for helping my teeth. Every single staff in this practice is amazing and I would never go anywhere else. Keep it up Fieldside ??

The dentist was great. Only a check up but was a bit rough with my polishing and left my teeth sensitive for the day. My appointment ran 20 minutes late.

I was in the room for 3 minute's with cronic tooth ache. I have been to a diffrent dentist and was told my nerve was severely infected, the tooth is now out and i feel so much better no thanks to this dentist. He spent 10 seconds cleaning the wrong tooth and gave me a prescription for something that has not been made for severel months, the chemist and my dentist was baffeleld. I only came here as 111 sent me, will not ever come back. Made me feel like I'd caused the infected by smoking witch was confirmed not the case. I think i didn't get the quality of care because it was via nhs.

I am deaf, paralysed from the chest down and have extensive medical trauma from being seriously ill throughout my teen years. So I am terrified of the dentist. However, upon arrival, the receptionists were lovely, once they realised I was deaf they made an effort to always look at me when speaking so I could read their lips. Then the nurse was very kind, and again, once realising I was deaf she took off her mask so I could read her lips. Got to the room, the dentist was confident, encouraging and reassuring. He also took off his mask so I could read his lips and made a real effort to always stand somewhere I could see him so I could read lips. He made a conscious effort to put me at ease, as did the nurse. They offered to do my treatment from my chair if I couldn’t get onto the dentist chair but I was able to, again, being very accomodating. My able bodied and hearing partner was with me and often, when a deaf person is accompanied by a hearing person, people will speak to your partner instead of you. This did not happen once. I was treated with respect and dignity, like a capable human, the way a 24 year old should be. He diagnosed me promptly and prescribed me everything I need, gave me a run down of the problem and what to expect. I left feeling reassured, something I have never felt when leaving a dentist before. Overall, I cannot rate this dentist highly enough. They are fantastic, and I really hope they read this, as I’m sure they don’t even realise how well they handled a deaf, disabled and fearful patient. Thank you Fieldside.

Receptionist kept calling my daughter a boy which made my child upset. The experience at this practice was awful The receptionist was shocking they couldn’t make an appointment correctly they completely messed up all my family’s appointments and payments. They cancelled my family’s appointments which had been booked for 3mnths and to call and re arrange appointments only to be told we have to go on a waiting list and they will contact us. Wanted me to make another appointment on the day that I originally had an appointment but they cancelled it as the Dentist couldn’t do it ( been booked for 3 months in advance)but now all of a sudden they could see us on that day but they are not sure if the X-ray machine will be fix or not. They was supposed to phone me and let me know the next morning to tell me if it’s fixed so I know whether to book a day off from work or not. They never did I had to phone them. Receptionist is patronising and rude

This was my first time at this Dental Practice .All the staff were really good did't have to wait long and got in before my time . When i was sat in the chair i was a bit nervous what sort of treatment i was going to have . The guy went threw all the options with me .the treatment was long but worth it and it was not painful at all .Can't fault this practice did all they could for me .thank you Everybody who was involved with my care
