I'll start by saying the staff are lovely but thats the only positive, I've been a patient here for over 10 years and my teeth still look horrible, multiple fillings have fallen out then been put back in then fell out again, my veneer came off needed to be replaced was left with a nub of tooth untill the mold was made and then a further 2 weeks, had new veneer fitted it fell off the same day was re fitted fell off 2 weeks later, was told i need a crown instead left another 3 weeks with no front tooth, just had crown prep appointment a few days ago, couldn't put a temporary tooth on because my teeth are too small so a blob of composite or something was used to cover the now even smaller nub of tooth. This has now fell off as i was brushing my teeth before bed so ill be ringing in the morning to try and be seen.

Very friend helpful staff. Lot's off greatl advice about looking after your oral health and lots of helpful information about treatment options. A positive experience all round.

Taken in for appointment on time. Some communication between myself and the dentist. Not as chatty or reasuring as my previous dentist.

2nd time in 2 months that i have been to Fieldside for an emergency appointment. Once again a great service from Receptionist to Dentist.

At a point when I had no where to go he was my angel. Within 20 minutes an examination an ex ray and a tooth extraction had occurred. The only thing I will be critical of is that the emergency dentist does not give an after care examination. This I find is an abomination equal to the Middle Ages. Especially when you are older like me and are prone more to infections.

Dentist late did apologise but seems in a hurry . She did an X-ray on tooth and put a bit of gel on one tooth . Didn’t really check other teeth still got tooth ache today . Took me longer to fill in forms than the appointment lasted .

I had an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. I saw a guy dentist, didn’t catch his name. He was amazing, no messing around just said it like it was and got the job done. Both him and the assistant made me feel very welcome and extremely comfortable although my stress levels was sky high, due to me being petrified of dentists. The tooth didn’t want to come out and it took him a good 15 mins to get it out and I didn’t feel a thing. The young lady on the reception was super nice and very professional. Overall a very very good experience of something I dread having to do! Thank you all again very very much
