Very friendly nature of everyone I spoke with, which was the lady on Reception, Dental Nurse and Dentist. The skills of the dentist. The very clean look and feel of the areas I encountered, the Reception, the Waiting Room and the room my appointment took place in

I was sent to wrong dentist at first so was 10 mins late to my appointment at feldside they were not going to see to me at first but then changed their mind an prescribed antibiotics for an absess

Cleanliness was apparent , the dentist listened to me , and was very gentle whilst examining my inflamed abscess.

I was very impressed with the care, friendliness and consideration I received from my dentist. The young lady dentist was very professional and her attention to detail was first class and I didn’t mind with the more experienced dentist in the room overlooking and friendly advice to the young lady dentist. I look forward to my next appointment especially with the care I received today, first class 10/10

Friendless clear advice given When unable to attend my appointment due to sickness I was given an appointment a month away which was no problem but then was approached for an earlier date due to cancellation which I grabbed very thankful

Very organised; text reminder of my appointment, electronic questionnaires to complete in advance at my leisure. Excellent dentist; fortunately I just needed a check up and updated X-rays but my children’s treatment has been on point. Pricing for my visit seemed fair and no unpleasant financial shocks! I truly know I’m lucky that our family are registered here. Easy, safe, free parking is a bonus!

Dentist and nurse where very friendly, kept me clam and informed throughout the procedure. I am normality nervous about visits to the dentist but they both put me at ease. Really pleased with the work ive had done today.

I wasn’t going to write any feedback but after consideration I thought I should,.The appointment was very uncomfortable experience. A simple filling by the hygienist was made worse by pulling my tongue to one side with a tool and blocking my windpipe so I felt as though I was chocking I had to cough several times to breath I told the Hygienist and she said she couldn’t stop because she was half way through the procedure, then the dental nurse was pressing so hard on the inside of my cheek with the suction pipe I had to make a ouch noise so she would stop I had a sore mark on the inside of my mouth. I have been coming to the surgery for years and never had an issue. I just won’t see the Hygienist again .
