I absolutely love how friendly the staff are. It really helps to put patients at ease and I'd go so far as to say the staff are so lovely, I have hardly any nerves when I visit now compared to when I first joined the Practice. I met a new member of your team today and she was just as lovely as everyone else. Thank you for always making me feel at ease.

The intelligence of the staff I was impressed with and my dentist was personable without being a fawning idiot and obviously knows what he’s doing the only problem is the waiting room which is dim and dingy might help if you got rid of the cheap lightbulbs. The waiting room should be an integral part of the experience at the moment it’s being shoved in a cupboard

The lack of empathy regarding my disability and just seemed to want to get me in and out regardless of the consequences. I was ushered outside in the cold and stood 55 minutes for a taxi,I had a tooth extraction knowing the tooth extraction, infection and disability issues!
