Good all round,admin, clinicians, all pleasant and efficient. Best practice I’ve been to, despite having to cope with the fallout from covid.

The people who work at the practice from receptionist to dentists are very friendly. They put you at ease.

What a lovely practice. I am greeted with a friendly smile by all the staff and they are happy to help. This makes for a comfortable and relaxed visit. Very professional outfit. Thank you everyone

Although the builders were in the building creating a new treatment room the staff were very professional and helpful although the noise was very distracting at times. The dentist was very reassuring and explained everything.

Excellent nhs service but not happy that the practice might be going private with out a choice, such a shame if does go private because always gives excellent nhs dental service.

I have been going to Etwall dentist for several year, I'm on the NHS. Checkups and any treatment have always been great. I've always felt listened to and cared for by all staff.

Was really impressed with the lady's and my dentist they was calm and really helpful nowing I was petrified of needles and didn't take long to remove 5 teeth thank you again for the support

The dentist and nurse were so lovely with me today . I am a very nervous patient they were both so kind and understanding . They made me feel comfortable talking through everything that was happening . The nurse held my hand throughout and gave reassurance. My experience was excellent today thank you
