I was referred here for root removal and was quite nervous. The dentist gave 3 big injections of anesthetic and removed roots quickly. However I had a reaction to anesthetic resulting in a temporary problem with my eye and the staff quickly took control calling an ambulance and lookng after me whilst I waited. The problem cleared up in the ambulance and after a check up in hospital I was fine. However had it been more serious they had everything under control.

I am extremely nervous of Dentist, have been today for a consultation and am very confident about having my treatment. Everything has been explained to me and have been and feel very assured about the treatment I will be having.

Fabulous service again; gentle, yet thorough treatment. Very relaxing environment with lovely new reception area. I continue to highly recommend Etwall Dental Practice.

Always happy with the service received at this dentist for myself, husband and our children. Procedures and options are explained and staff do their utmost to help with emergencies as well as being fab with the children.

An old filling of many years in my molar fell out. The practice kindly arranged an emergency appointment. I received a temporary filling with an appointment in 3 weeks. The dentist explained everything and took care in the procedure.

The dentist was very thorough, gentle and polite. He explained my treatment clearly and was happy to carry out another smaller treatment during the same appointment alongside a good cleaning.

Staff at front desk were very lovely kind and happy, staff also were having fun banter, dentist lady was very kind and reassuring gave me all my options recommended things all that, very happy with this and look forward to my next appointment in July ( even tho I'll be very nervous)

Both the dentist and nurse made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. Great job. Thank you.

1st time at the dentist had a emergency need a crown on front tooth , service was very professional made me feel comfortable straight away and the crown they fitted is the best one I’ve ever had done totally recommend this practice
