The appointment was on time & the dentist was friendly & efficient. Last year it was very problematic at this branch as there were very few dentists & appointments kept being cancelled very close to the apt date or on the day, by text. Then a long wait for another apt. It kept happening & we felt dissatisfied. Hopefully now the situation has improved as there are 6 dentists now I think.

Fantastic experience, i am and always have been a nervous dentist patient, but everything was explained in detail and the young fella whontreated me was very professional, i highly recommend this dentist surgery

Everyone, the receptionist, the nurse and the dentist himself, were smiling and cheerful. I had some X-Rays and we looked at them together and the dentist fully explained them. Overall a good and painless experience.

Seen very promptly this morning although it was a 9am appointment, very nice and polite reception and dental staff, this was my first visit to this particular practice. Strange confusion over appointment times, my original appointment was for yesterday at 11.40am for which I arrived on time only to discover I was 20 minutes late and couldn’t be seen. I was immediately offered this morning’s 9am for which I was impressed, on rechecking later it transpires that for some unaccountable reason when you texted me with yesterday’s appointment it had been changed from 11.40 to 11.20 but I didn’t notice having already written 11.40 on my calendar taken from your 11.40 appointment card. Otherwise would have been 5 star!! Thank you.

Polite and welcoming staff at reception. Hygienist explained process and costs clearly and checked regularly that I was ok.

Everyone really friendly which for a nervous patient like myself is reassuring. Everything always explained by the dentist. Really pleased that they could save my tooth which I thought I might have to loose
