Arrived 10 minutes early for first appointment and despite the reception staff all being behind reception they made us wait outside in the rain until they opened at 0900. Would it hurt to let us in to shelter from the weather? The dentist was professional and explained his findings thoroughly. Giving treatment options / costings for both NHS & private and explaining the differences. Very impressed.

Down to earth and caring dentist. It’s so nice to come across a non judgemental dentist who clearly just genuinely cares for their patients. Always had such a positive experience with dentistry for you and cannot recommend them more highly. Keep up the great work guys!

The dentist wouldnt listen to me when i specifically mentioned i am not interested in any work on any other teeth i just want my bridge replaced that was fitted at this dentist and only lasted 1 month, he refused to do anything about this unless i accepted to have other fillings done first on teeth that are not even close to the one i need fixing,

Came today for my 6 month check up and I have a different dentist. It would be nice to constantly see the same 1 so you can feel at easy especially as I’m a nervous patient.

How dentist and a nurse were so compassionate and calming. I had a very difficult procedure but they've kept ery patient and understanding, it made procedure so much easier to bare. Thank you

Just a check up today but as usual he was very good, polite and thorough. I would say he is the probably the best dentist I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few!)
