Hi Team, Today I visited for an appointment which is postponed continuously from more than 5 months. The doctor was in a rush and didn’t gave me any time to think about the options and filling he was done went away in an hour. I need to await for next appointment in months time. However the last reception team was very helpful.

Dentist listened carefully to my concerns, did a thorough examination, explained options clearly and comprehensively, referred me to a specialist for further investigation and initiated treatment to provide at least a temporary solution meanwhile.

I wanted to cancel my appointment as feeling unwell with possible COVID. No reply from surgery only 10 mins to 9 (when appointment was ) so left message with number to call me back . Have had no reply or invitation to rebook

As soon as I arrived, the receptionists were kind and helpful. My dentist explained all the steps of the treatment with care and proceeded in a professional and methodical manner which made me feel at ease. Overall, the clinic is well run, clean, and organised.
