Every dentist I have seen are friendly and happy to talk through what they are doing which helps me as a nervous patient. Always transparent with treatment pricing and no pressure for up selling services, just open conversation about options, NHS and private.

The dentist visit was fine, what was poor is that when I phoned to supply my prescription details ( as requested) firstly no-one answered and when I left a message with my number, no-one phoned back. World class - I don't think so.

Ive never written a review before. But the dentist i saw with my son yesterday In Eastbourne at 4.30 was very good. Great with my son who was worried about having xrays. He always gets a bit nervous at the dentist, but she made him feel at ease and was very friendly. Great service.
