I’ve been registered at this dentist for quite some time honestly the service care and kindness you receive here is amazing nothing is too much trouble and they clearly care about their patient's wellbeing it’s not one particular person that makes this place special it’s the whole team from the reception staff to the dental nurses and the dentists ?

The receptionist, dental assistant and dentist all very friendly and helpful. The dentist explained everything and was good with a very nervous patient .

The dentist and assistant were warm and welcoming. She was very instructive and talked me through each procedure. My only issue is that when I booked the appointment I explained to the receptionist that I needed a filling due to a small hole in the tooth/the filling had come away. When I went in the dentist thought I was there for a checkup. She looked then decided on an x-Ray, which showed that I did require a filling. That was it I then have to come back another time for the filling? Why? There was no one waiting in the reception, and they should have allocated me extra time for a filling! So now I have to come in again costing me more time and money travelling when it could have been done then and there!

The dentist was excellent very professional and helped me by reassuring me while l was having my tooth extracted. I did not feel rushed and that helped me feel relaxed.

We were informed of the fact that our dentist was running 15 minutes late when we arrived, however we were pleasantly surprised that he did see us on time in the end. He was informative and listened to our needs. Professional at all times.

Very understanding regarding customer’s financial situation with everything going on and have given me an extra time to clear my account Dentist, she is excellent very informative and ensures you are happy before you leave
