Quickly seen, everyone helpful and polite. Would love it if you could go back to having hygienist and dentist on same day. Total nuisance having to keep coming back when fuel prices are ridiculously high.

Appoitment was on time. Pleasant staff BUT....... Very very expensive hygienist. £70 for 15mins WOW. I will NOT be having 6mth appoitments....

Clean, spacious airy waiting room. Friendly and professional receptionist. On time appointment. Dentist informative and very approachable, all round calming visit for a nervous patient.

Dentist is great however the we had problem with appointment changed but never been informed, head receptionist said message and email been sent but it is important that the patient acknowledged if there were changes so would suggest to have a system that ask patients to respond to confirm they are aware, if not admin team should reach out directly

Went as emergency seen immediately.Female dentist and her assistant were absolutely first class.I csnnot praise them enough.Tooth extracted painfree.Brilliant.

Today I experienced an inadequate visit to your dental practice. I arrived prompt & early and was greeted by reception staff in a rude manner - I thought they might be having an off day until I had to speak to them again after my check up. I was stood waiting to be spoken to whilst the young receptionist was sat filing her nails and completing ignoring me. I was eventually asked “yes, can I help?” Once I said “Yes please, I’m waiting to pay and re-book a check up.” She booked my check up for 6 months time but then was distracted by another colleague so never gave me a receipt of the appointment as usual. In the time she was distracted, she was speaking about another patient which breaches patient confidentiality & asked her colleague what she should reply - she was typing the reply as I was still waiting to pay. I asked her can I pay now!? She continued to ignore me and started speaking with her colleague again whilst I am still waiting to pay for my appointment. She eventually allowed me to reply whilst still typing her notes for another patient. I strongly advise this receptionist to undertake the following training courses:- prioritising workload and customer service skills. She didn’t have either of those skills and lets down the rest of the practice. She is the first & last person a patient sees of the practice and makes a massive negative impression on patients. Bearing in mind, I had to take time out of work and was delayed by her incompetence. I have visited as young as a child so know the practice well and have never had problems like I did today. May I also add, both reception staff were rudely speaking about other patients whilst I was sat in the waiting area and I could hear everything. If they wish to discuss patients and how “annoying” they are they should in a closed space rather than the dental practices open floor. I wish for a better service in 6 months time or I will be making arrangements to be seen elsewhere.

Do no use them. People skills are poor, no consideration for patients, can’t do regular check ups. For my last check up I waited 20 mins after being registered at reception to be told my appointment is cancelled because I am late by 3 minutes. Horrible horrible practice.
