All staff were friendly, only niggle was that the recrepionist still had not had her printer fixed to give details of your next appointment

Had a hygienist appointment and I wasn’t looking forward to it in the way of knowing that it would be painful. It wasn’t painful, uncomfortable a couple of times. I was in there for 45 minutes and he did a great job and I felt looked after.

Had my appointment on Thursday , absolutely fabulous receptionist and dentist couldn’t do enough for me , all had smiley faces and a positive attitude and from start to finish I felt completely at ease and supported staff are an absolute asset to the practice , well done 👏

I was surprised to arrive at a small bungalow with a dental sign out front. It had been converted and I felt sorry for the receptionist sat in a conservatory off of the hallway due to the heat. Receptionist was friendly and clear, Signal is very poor in the building, would benefit from patient WiFi so that can be productive or entertained while waiting. My appointment was 25 minutes later than planned Dentist and Assistant very friendly and knowledgeable, took time to explain to me. Overall would recommend

Charming receptionist, got an appointment at short notice. Quick efficient dentist. No charge as the filling was a replacement, which failed after a few weeks Many thanks

Went this morning for a checkup but need more treatment. Dr was fantastic as I am a very nervous patient. She was patient and kind. On time. No waiting. Been using them for over 4 years. I will never change practice as I trust them
