It was scheduled appointment as a part of root canal treatment. Staff are polite and well looked after by the dentist and the appropriately done. Thank you

The reception staff were very friendly on arrival and the dentist I saw was really empathetic. I am a nervous dental patient but he made me feel a lot more at ease by explaining everything he needed to do, when he was doing it and why. Thank you

Just came for a tooth extraction and got knocked back said could take two parts visit thinking all done in one visit glad not in pain at moment I know you must be busy so have to wait

We, like many, had appointments cancelled due to covid, then when we got in it felt like we were rushed through and not properly lookd at. This time, however, we did, the dentist had a lot of time and advice for my daughter, which has helped us immensely and the same for me. I was more than pleased with the service we received this time. We used to see the same person every six months but have had different ones the last 3/4 times but it would be nice to have the continuity of seeing the same dentist each time.
