The service was first class. I was extremely anxious & was reassured by every member of staff I encountered from the receptionist, dental nurse & dentist. Treatment plan fully explained. Highly recommended.

They were able to get me in quickly on a cancellation due to the pain I was experiencing. I mentioned that I was a nervous patient & the dentist was lovely at putting me at ease.

The professional yet friendly manner I was dealt with by Dentist today. Also the receptionist went above and beyond to call me with a cancellation.

As I am extremely nervous at the dentist, I find it a difficult experience. But the dentist and the dental nurse both were very patient and understanding which made me feel cared for, and they showed great compassion.

Every member of staff that I encountered has been both polite and friendly. I took my two young daughters and prior to their appointment, the lovely receptionist printed some pages out for them to colour and gave them crayons to keep them entertained. During both of their appointments, the dentist staff were very informative and made the experience very enjoyable for them both. Whilst I had my appointment, the reception staff kept an eye out on my two young girls and drew amazing pictures for them which they loved on their hand ballon glove. My dentist experience was very informative and I have left satisfied with both how our teeth were check and the service that was provided. The staff went beyond their normal duty and it was very much appreciated. Thank you!

I was seen promptly. Rhe stuff are polite and professional and I wasn't pushed to have any unnecessary costly treatment.
