The dentist's care is exceptional, and despite my anxiety, she made me feel at ease and kept checking on me throughout the procedure. This is my third visit, and I can say that the dentists are fantastic and do not make you feel uncomfortable in any way. However, the receptionist was not very well trained in customer service, and I felt like a burden when attempting to find out the cost of my next appointment.

The administration appears well organised and the helpful recall reminder text prior to the appointment date are appreciated. During treatment today, the nurse and her assistant both had a polite and professional manner; they did well to ensure the procedure was comfortable and in hindsight it appears the technique was of a high standard and carried out with care. Well done and please keep up the good work!

They went out of their way to complete my treatment and stayed open late. The dentist came in on her day off. Very grateful.

Put at ease, have not been to dentist in 40 years so was a bit nervous, young lady explained what the issue was, what needed to be done, very professional.
