My dentist is lovely! she is so caring and gentle, she knows how nervous i am but some how makes me feel so at ease and comfortable and talks me through everything she is doing.

This was my first impression when I walked in the receptionist was typing and didn’t even great me and I stood there for some time before she acknowledged. All it would have took was for her to say I will be with you In a moment instead off completely not acknowledging me at all

Always a friendly reception, when I see my dentist, and feeling confident with the service that he provides me. I never feel nervous, about going to the dentist, which is great !!

I am deaf/hearign aid wearer so i made them aware before my first appointment and all staff did a fantastic job in speaking clearly and making sure I heard and understood everything that was said. Made me feel so much at ease and had a pleasurable experience at the practice.

All lovely helpful staff in particular my own dentist lady always smiling explained about the treatment I was given and she was gentle and thorough I’m very grateful and happy to be with this dentist

As a new patient I found the staff and the dentist very pleasant and helpful. The Dentist was really thorough, friendly and a great communicator. Very impressive, thank you.
