Understood exactly the cause of the issue. Took time to explain and also said that I had been keeping my teeth in good condition since the beginning which made me feel good about myself and my insecurities of my teeth

Very friendly receptionists and lovely dentist/dental nurse. I was really impressed that they contacted me following getting a new dentist. Good organisation.

From reception to dentist you are made to feel welcome. The experience that is given helps my husband feel relaxed as he initially had a bad experience with a dentist in the past. Now he and I look forward to our visits.

The whole experience. The two receptionists were very welcoming and friendly and the dentist and his assistant were very helpful and friendly.

The reception ladies are lovely. My dentist is amazing she make us feel so relaxed and never does any unnecessary work. Always just lovely and warm. That's all the staff!

Payed for band 1 trearment, but wasnt given an xray even though i said had pain, no clean or polish either which is within the cost so i payed nearly £26 to be seen for a total of 2 maybe 3 minutes and just felt like i was rushed and wasnt listened too when explaining when and where with the toothache
