Prompt with timing, friendly and patient. My dental hygienist remembered that I didn’t like needles, called me by my first name and was very patient; stopping each time I raised my hand. Thank you

As far as trips to the Dentist go this was a good one, the ladies on reception were both friendly and professional, waited no longer than five minutes as with the reception experience the same can be said about my dentist and dental assistant in and out in no time, thankyou.

The dentist & his assistant made me feel safe. They explained what needed doing and then the dentist offered me options & solutions Overall it’s always good to know you’re in safe hands

Great customer service and I feel privileged to be receiving NHS dentist with quality care. It’s great that the practice remind you of appointments by text and emails so there is no excuse for people missing them.

The staff were very caring the receptionist had filled most of my forms out for me as registered severely Sight impaired this was a great help. The place is always clean the only thing I’d suggest is if they could paint the brick walls in the walkway from the reception area to waiting area even if it was the top half so the lighting could reflect to make it easier the flow between both areas better as very dark
