Always get excellent service both reception and my dentist & assistants. Today was exceptional as I walked in with pain in my tooth & jaw and they were able to see me same day, very impressed.

Very good new Dentist . It I have to h r an extraction. She needed to speak to someone and said she would call me. I am still waiting for the call . My appointment was on Monday 26 th ?

Did not have to wait more than a minute. Dentist explained clearly what he was going to do. Had 2 fillings, no injections, no pain or discomfort.

Chaotic admin (got three reminder texts - all with different times; on arrival I was not logged in to the system and so was ignored until I complained. Receptionist was obviously completely overwhelmed. Should go back to having two on reception. Dentist was great!

The receptionist was friendly and the dentist had a calming manner and explained everything to me, as a nervous patient that makes a huge difference.

I find my dental practice very good, receptionist are helpful and do a fantastic job, my new dentist is brillant, his assistant is nice too. Pity there's so many who don't have access to a dentist, this is not the dentist fault, NHS is struggling so hopefully in the very near future we shall get more dentist working at our great practice so people can get dental treatments ???

Both the dental nurse and assistant were very friendly asked all the right questions and made me feel relaxed about the whole appointment. Very pleased with my scale and polish too. Keep up the great work ladies x Adam
