Although running a little late that translates into a caring attitude by the dentist and dental nurse. Time was taken to listen to me and act upon my comments. A thorough examination took place.

Efficient and polite reception staff and dental nurse. My dentist always explains what is happening during my appointment and ways to help protect and care for my teeth

My dentist is always professional and takes his time with my teeth, this puts me at ease that I’m not just being rushed in and out and that he generally wants to give my teeth the best service

Reception team very helpful and go out of their way to be so. Dentist I saw today was lovely and I would like to see her again. Usual dentist is fine but seems to have an issue with absence as numerous appointments over the past 18 months have been moved last minute due to her not being there or coming in late. With limited hours of opening I have to plan around work so last minute changes are very frustrating

Receptionists very friendly and helpful both when making the appointment and afterwards when rebooking. Dentist was very friendly and put me at ease throughout the whole consultation

We all look forward to coming to see Remata. She has taken the time to get to know the children over the past few years and has a lovely manner about her. The children are not at all fearful and enjoy the experience. Well done on creating such a lovely warm, safe and welcoming environment

I have attended this practice for many years, the dentist is always very good at putting me at my ease. Fortunately I usually only need a check up but when I need treatment I can usually get it sorted within a week. The dentist thoroughly examines my mouth under tongue etc also feels under my chin etc. The receptionists are helpful ensuring me and my husband have our appointments together. We always have 2 reminders of our appointments, 1 a week before and1 a day before, this is very helpful for us.
