The gentleness & understanding of both dentist & nurse with regard to my nervousness. Excellent explanations of treatment, both beforehand, during & afterwards. Excellent experience.

People at reception very nice and polite, nurse very good the dentist ? himself very good, professional, kind, gentle and feeling very happy with the work he done.

Warm clean place. Very good communication. The dentist who attended to me engaged with me throughout the process. He explained my dental issues before, during and after the procedures including x-rays and digital images. Long drive from my home but worth the effort.

I was very happy that the dentist talked me through what was happening and alleviated my fear of the procedure. All I had to do was put my hand up if I felt any pain, which I didn't. His calm, professional manner was very comforting. I had confidence in him which I think is an important thing to feel about a dentist.

My first visit here, it was bright clean and fresh followed by the attentivness of the dentist himself, who talked me through everything clearly and was very calming and friendly.
