Had a filling done as well as the Hygienist. Both very professional and supportive. Receptionists very efficient and helpful.

Lovely Reception area, friendly and welcoming Receptionist. The Hygenist and dental assistant were both brilliant, everything was explained so well. Being an anxious patient they were kind and patient and put me at my ease. Gave me advice and care when cleaning my teeth. Thankyou for such a great experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I was astounded at the distinct lack of explanation of findings and then treatment. The appointment ended with "go see the receptionist she will know what you need" I felt really let down and had to ask questions to try understand why I was in pain and what was being done. Communication was really disappointing and Ied me to wonder how many others had the same experience
