Everything was alright except for trying to get my name right? I booked in correctly but on arrival they had me down as my middle name? A small thing to mention you might think? but this happened repeatedly throughout my visit. With regards to my check-up I am very pleased thank you very much.

Very nice dentist. I’ve always been a very nervous patient but she put me at ease and was very kind and calming. I was very brave this time and had 3 fillings without injections, which I’ve never done before. I’m hoping my nerves are now cured.

Warm welcome, great service from dentist. Had check up and had time to replace old filling which she then spent considerable time to make it as good as possible. Much improved practice today as it was terrible last year.

The procedures at the practice are good, however, you never get to receive them because of the constant cancellations due to staff absence. The last time this happened, I had a hygienist appointment at 10:00 and they called at 9:40 to tell me the hygienist left the previous month. I am still waiting for refund and any contact from the practice manager.

An all round professional and efficient experience. Thorough examination, good explanation and recommendations from a qualified and experienced practitioner. A very pleasant experience, fully recommended.

Very efficient excellent thorough treatment. The appointment staff were helpful and pleasant and the dentist thorough kind and thoughtful. I was very sorry to hear that he is leaving. He will be a sad loss.

Booked hygienist and was seen within 2 weeks. Staff very polite and accommodating. Hygienist very thorough and did a good job

Every time I go it's a different dentist but I guess that's due to NHS dental service being under funded. This one was very nice though, I hope she stays and will continue with NHS work.

Really nice dental hygienist. Really thorough treatment and lots of advice given. The online booking system wasn't working but got through no problem on the phone. Receptionist was really nice and they had appointment options.
