Dentist is great explains everything. Admin not so good, repeated emails received requesting completion of forms (including NHS consent even) mid-way through private treatment. I made this observation a year ago, and no action taken by the practice, which is very disappointing. The point is that volumes of "automatic" emails requesting the same information time after time, and in quick succession leads to emails being ignored, and forms not being completed. This risks important information not being provided by the patient and/or important information not being read by the patient. A degree intervention, e.g. a sanity check whether completion of the forms is absolutely necessary before being emailed is required.

I left a private practice to join this NHS Dentist. Today I attended the practice for arranged treatment after a piece of tooth broke off. I was seen promptly for assessment and temporary filling last week and today the tooth was repaired. The dentist talked me through all aspects of the treatment and is extremely professional with patient care at the forefront.

Hygienist called in sick and rather than cancel my appointment, one of the dentist took it on, It was excellent, knowing I was nervous, she took her time and dealt with it very processionally, and took time to keep asking if I was ok. I felt I more relaxed than I have done previously.

Excellent practice. The dentist I see is always very informative and willing to answer any questions. He takes time to throughly go through all options available if treatment is needed and is very knowledgable. He has been wonderful for my daughter as well helping her be at ease and talking her through all procedures. A wonderful practice. Throughly recommend. Thank you.

No waiting. Very gentle and kind hygienist and gave me some good advice about cleaning my teeth .what more can I say. I was very pleased as I always am with my visits to Dental care

Did not have to wait too long for my appointment, dentist very thorough & seen almost immediately by the hygienist afterwards. Using a numbing gel it was certainly easier to undergo the hygienist treatment. Felt so much better on leaving.

Awful Tooth ache for days and my tooth had split in half long ways. All the staff and especially the Dentist were fantastic. Helpful, informational and all very professional. Thank you all
