The dentist and assistant explained very clearly what would be happening. Also, if the task could not be completed what would happen.

The politeness and speed of being seen. The receptionist was very nice and easy to speak to. The dentist and nurse where very understanding and knowledgeable

Both Dentist and Dental Nurse notiçed that i was extremely nervous, full of pain and exhausted. They jumped into action straight away, ensuring my comfort and ease.They both clearly work well together and have developed a yreat repour. This showed when they both explained exactly what the plans were to help.

Staff was lovely.. they looked after me well offered to hold my hand. Explained everything went above and beyond.. let me relax a little as felt dizzy fabulous service thankyou

For most people a trip to the dentists isn't a good experience but although I was dreading my visit i found everything went fantastic. The staff are excellent at making you feel you are in totally safe hands.

I cannot afford to pay for private treatment and have been on the NHS dentist waiting list for some time. I was having issues with tooth pain and visited the out of hours service to be told that because my teeth are in a bad way, they won't help me and I will have to either wait for an NHS dentist to have a vacancy or pay private for crowns. Guess I am just going to have to put up with the pain.
