The dentist was fast and efficient and removed my tooth that has been causing me agonising pain, dentist was reassuring and friendly

Effective and fast work, 111 was slow but worth the wait as less than 12 hrs after calling I was out off pain. Adviser gave good advise and kept apologising due to slow systems which was good, better being spoken to rather than put on hold especially while in pain. All in all great experience.

I had to wait over a hour to be told that I should go private and they won’t help me with the pain and bleeding I was in because I looked and sounded okay .. wastenif time

Since the pandemic and disabilities telling me to stay home at all costs, i have become almost debilitatingly agoraphobic. They treated me with respect, empathy and compassion and sorted me out quick smart.

The staff during my appointment were so reassuring and kind, understanding my phobia. I cannot praise the staff enough for making me feel welcome and as settled as I could. I have struggled with dentists all my life but after having my tooth out here yesterday it’s made me feel a little more at ease! I would recommend this practice to anyone
