Great service from start to finish got my appointment for 2 hours after speaking to 111 nhs and in for 10 mins for treatment to mend my front teeth with a filling

I have a wisdom tooth coming through, I was in the office for less than 5 minutes, she barely looked at my tooth, no X-ray to check it’s coming through straight, was given some salt water, then sent on my way basically being told tough, was changed £25 for nothing, no painkillers despite asking as I was in a large amount of pain and no advice on when to come back in regards to severe pain

Assistant and dentist were very good, but they equipment they used was older than what I saw 30 years ago. Please give them some proper tools and seats!

My partner has a fear of dentists and was reassured throughout his procedure. The dentist was clear on what was happening and quick and efficient. Although he came out still trembling ,he had nothing but praise. If the dental practice has openings for NHS patients he is prepared to travel the hour and a half journey time , twice a year . I feel after 8 years we have finally found a dentist he trusts .Fingers crossed you have availability.

Told to arrive 15 minutes before appointment time or else would be refused to be seen, then not actually seen until twenty minutes after appointment time, meaning a total wait of 35 minutes. Two teeth causing pain as explained on the phone, then told by the dentist that I have to choose which one as she could only treat one. Offered the option of extraction or temporary filling until see a regular dentist, but unable to get an appointment with a dentist anywhere. Total shambles! No choice but to go private, even though I can't afford to.

The dentist the nurse and the receptionist were all absolutely brilliant I couldn’t have asked for anything better I would certainly recommend them they were all very polite as well.Thank you to them all
