I have been using this dentist for twenty years and though it has changed ownership over those years I have found the service provided extremely good.

Brought my child in for a check up as our dentist is no more, had to have some fillings, she was nervous but the dentist was very good with her. He explained everything he was going to do before doing it, and asked if she was okay throughout her visit. Thank you for treating my daughter with care and respect.

It was my daughter’s (4yo) first experience of going to the dentist. She was apprehensive but the dentist and nurse were so very good and make her first visit very enjoyable!

The lady on reception went above and beyond to help me, im so grateful to the dentist too for extracting my wisdom tooth so quickly, the whole team were just so brilliant. Thankyou, i highly recommend

This time when visiting the dentist with my other daughter (a week later) we waited 45 minute's. There was no communication from staff, I had to ask how much longer we would be waiting. The service and friendliness from the dentist herself however, I cannot fault. She Explained to my daughter everything she was doing while doing it and reassured her throughout. Please in future keep your patient up to date and communicate.

Was in need of an nhs dentist as never had one, but was told a year waiting list however the other day was in a lot of pain with my back tooth and they saw me within 2 hours and solved the problem!! Totally recommend this dentist!!

After an abcess on a tooth that was broken below gum level I needed an extraction. I had a check up then the dentist who was a locum on nhs said I'll do it tomorrow for you. Previous dentists had said I would need to go to hospital. Next day I went back expecting it to take ages and be extremely painful as no tooth to get hold of. Two minutes later after an injection to numb it the root of the tooth was out and I didn't feel a thing! I was so pleased as the abcess had been painful and I didn't want to go to hospital.

NHS Patient Appointment Experience: Very Sloppy, Extremely Hurried, Not Very Friendly, Inconsiderate. Seems totally prioritizing Profit over Care It appears that most of the reviews may possibly be from private patients or may be influenced by incentives, which is not an uncommon occurrence in the feedback process nowadays. Additionally, there appears to be an issue of certain patients receiving preferential conditions compared to others. No responses to emails either.
