After my previous dental surgery suddenly closed I was in desperate need to find a new surgery for my whole family. After phoning around quite a few places Damira were so helpful and were able to offer my 2 little boys an appointment that same week. All staff members were extremely helpful and I'm so glad we are now customers of yours.

I've been registered as a patient for 5 years with this practice but after having over 20 appointments cancelled or rearranged but the practice, I finally saw a dentist this month for the first time in 4 years! The visit was underwhelming. My appointment was early morning, but I was left waiting for over 30 minutes in the waiting room. My appointment lasted all of 3 minutes, with about 20 seconds of dental examination. The dentist was more occupied with the messages she was receiving from reception on her screen than myself.

Friendly and professional having had a root canal and night guard made over 5 visits at this time of the year and the appointment’s were very quick I’m very impressed

I attended an appointment to get advice and treatment for a broken back tooth, I called in two days before the appointment was given to me and was pleased to be seen by my Dentist just two days later. I was able to have the tooth repaired by way of a pain free filling at what I felt was a reasonable cost. At the same appointment I was given a check up and removal of tartar buildup. I’m most impressed with the service quality and friendliness of all the staff

I broke a tooth and phoned the Dentist on the Monday morning and was offered an appointment that same day. I have never had such good service and with all the NHS problems at the moment was pleased and surprised. I was seen by a charming lady who sorted the problem and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone seeking a new dentist

Normally seen at the time appointed Very busy surgery though with a waiting list for NHS patients Routine appointments are not too bad to get but I hve never tried to get an emergency appointment so cannot comment on their availiability

Very good service all round, from booking an appointment to receiving treatment. They keep in touch via text which is really useful as you can jump on a cancellation at short notice if you are able to.
