Following recent dental surgery to address a new issue it was necessary to request an urgent appointment due to continuing pain and discomfort. The practice offered the choice of three different times for the same day. The extraction of a large wisdom tooth was performed pain free and with little effort or side effects. An error regarding NHS charging on my practice account was identified and promptly corrected. This was followed a cordial email from the practice manager. It would be good for long-term dentists to join the surgery in order to allow for patient continuity!

I have been trying to see this dentist since August last year. They cancelled the week before, rebooked for December, they cancelled again. Thought I would give them one more chance and rebooked for next week.....they have just cancelled again. I have a daughter who desperately needs braces and a son who needs a filling. I wonder if they would have cancelled if I were a private patient. I would avoid this dentist at all costs!

I cannot speak highly enough about the treatment I have received from the dentist. I was made very peaceful. I am a wheelchair user I have a hearing aid and I have lost my balance due to Gunfire in the army. The staff understands the problem I have. The treatment I had was First Class. I Congratulate all the staff. I have never been so happy going to the dentist. If It was allowed I would have given them a Big Hug Thank you

The receptionists try hard to get you an appointment as soon as possible, sometimes on the same day if needed. The previous 2 dentists I have seen have been thorough, gentle and kind which is very reassuring for a nervous patient like myself

In February this year I went to the emergency clinic because of terribly painful pericoronitis. Finding someone to drive me there by car was very difficult because I am a student, I don't have a car, don’t drive and I live in another city. I was prescribed antibiotics but because of strong inflammation I was unable to do my exams at university at the time. I called the clinic when I got home to see if they could send me an email confirmation of my appointment, any document showing that I had been there would be enough for my professors - the receptionist said she was already on her way to send me that (I’m pretty sure the calls are being recorded). Three months have passed - no document. I did not ignore her when she told me to pay £25 for a 2 minute prescription of antibiotics, whereas my request was completely ignored. I wrote an email reminding them of this and their response was "Come to the clinic for this" I think this is a joke. They forgot to send my data and I am now the one who has to pay money by seeking transport specifically to go back to their clinic? Disgusting service. I hope karma comes back to these staff.

I saw a new hygienist at yesterday’s appointment. She was friendly, the surgery appeared to be spotless and the procedure was painless. I was encouraged to ask questions and the advice given was very useful.
