I would not recommend this practice. Some of the receptionist are unprofessional and the dentist . They have open conversations about patients and their personal lives in front of patients that are waiting . When you identify an issue with the work they have done on two occasions they state it couldn’t happen and then attempt to make you feel as though you as a customer are the issue rather than listening and Offering a resolution. Their hygienist is amazing and friendly .

I have used damira for many years as an nhs patient and have received an excellent service.On this recent occasion I needed an urgent appointment to replace a lost filing this was scheduled within 1 week.

I was a new patient to this practice and saw the downstairs dentist , even though I received this appointment rather quickly I would not recommend, the dentist I was meant to see had no patient in her room but instead was at the desk shouting about her previous patient , which delayed my appointment by about 10 minutes - I couldn’t believe the inflammatory things she was saying infront of other patients I did go to the desk to ask if I could see somebody as I didn’t feel comfortable going into my appointment knowing she would know everything about me Unfortunately they said everybody was fully booked that day and I couldn’t transfer I would not recommend her especially if you want to pay for quality service

The dentist was extremely professional and patient and compassionate with the treatment received. I would recommend them to anyone. Lucky to have this practice still treating under the NHS

I contacted Damira over a lost tooth. I was seen the following day and measured up for a replacement. My dentist was, as usual, kind, friendly, informative and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Excellent experience at Damira! The dentist was very honest about my options, there were no pushy sales but plenty of great advice. The dentist recommended I see the hygienist the same day for an on the day discount which I did, saved a lot of money and the hygienist was great too. The receptionist was really nice and helpful as well, the place was perfectly clean and a really nice environment, can't recommend enough.

My bi -annual check up was, as always, relaxed and conducted in the calm and Reassuringly professional approach of my dentist. Regardless of the outcome of an inspection, I am always confident that I am in safe hands and that any discomfort will be minimised. For this, I am extremely grateful: thank you !

Perfect from start to finish. Friendly reception staff and a great dentist that made me feel calm and relaxed. I was a nervous patient until I came here. I can't praise them enough.
